*Our terms and conditions are here to protect you as a student and Steve as the instructor, and provide the best protection for your learning experience.

*Strictly one introductory offer per student. After the offer expires full price for lessons must be paid. Lessons are Strictly Non-Transferable. Lessons not taken may result in lesson fees lost

*No Lesson will be booked unless accompanied by correct payment in full.
We do not do credit or booking plans. Goldstar is a Driving School Not a Credit Broker

*To qualify for block booking prices payment must be received on booking of the first lesson. Block booking allows you to reserve your lessons in advance. Paying for single lessons may mean you have to wait longer for your lessons. Students will have to pre-pay at least one lesson in advance. No advance payment being made will result in no lesson being booked.

*48 hours notice is required for lesson cancellation. If 48 hours notice of cancellation is not given then the full hourly rate (£36.00) will be charged. Cancellation must be made by only by phone.
Text message cancellation is not accepted.
All non attendance will be charged at £72.00. Charges are subject to waiver at Goldstar's discretion.

*Any refund on prepaid lessons will only be available at Goldstar's discretion and will be subject to a £40.00 administration fee. Any Offer cancelled before completion will be charged at normal price £36 per hour

*Discounted lessons are only for the period stated after which the full hourly rate will apply. If you take a break of more than two months in your tuition all special offers will be cancelled and you will be charged full price for your lessons. If No Contact is made during that time your lessons will be cancelled and your fees lost.

*Goldstar reserves the right to withdraw the tuition car for test day and ask you to re-book the test for a later date if it is the instructor's opinion that you are not up to test standard.

*Goldstar cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown or illness and will endeavour to re-book the lesson as a priority.

*Goldstar abide by an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate against race, religion, creed, gender, age or sexual orientation.

*Goldstar will endeavour to provide you with a clean, dual controlled car in a tidy and roadworthy condition.

*In accordance with the law Goldstar operate a strict non-smoking policy.

*Failure on your part to disclose any pending criminal or driving conditions or medical history that prevents you from driver training will result in the loss of your lesson fees.

*You will be required to sign agreement of these terms before training commences.
